When the Same Family Answers the Phone in Year 40, Customers Notice

Choosing a contractor means trusting someone with your home. For Quad Cities homeowners considering replacement windows, siding, doors or gutters, reputation and local experience matter.

Suburban Construction is a locally owned, family-operated exterior remodeling company based in Davenport, Iowa. Since 1985, we have completed more than 40,000 installations throughout Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

But our customers often tell our story better than we can.

Frank and Irene DeClercq of East Moline chose Suburban Construction for new siding, a front entry door with sidelites and gutters. Their experience reflects what we work toward on every project: professional installation, attention to detail and respect for the homeowner and their property.

Steve and Vicki Engler of Bettendorf first chose Suburban Construction for replacement windows. Three years later, they returned for siding and doors. Repeat customers mean a great deal to us. We want to be the company homeowners feel comfortable calling again when another part of their home needs attention.

Doris Moreno of Davenport described being treated with courtesy and respect throughout her experience, from the initial meeting through completion of the project. That's how we believe home improvement should work. Homeowners deserve the opportunity to understand products, installation, warranties and pricing without unnecessary pressure.

Ken and JoAnne Fisher of Muscatine highlighted the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of the installers who completed their window and door project. The product matters, but installation matters just as much.

Don and Mary Schaefer of Bettendorf had worked with Suburban Construction for nine years when they shared their experience. They appreciated that Suburban continued to provide parts, honor its promises and stand behind its guarantee. Suburban Construction backs its installations with a Lifetime Written Workmanship Guarantee. For homeowners investing in products designed to last for decades, knowing who to call after installation matters.
