Removal of Old Siding

Sheathing Inspection & Repair
We inspect all exposed sheathing for rot, moisture damage, and structural integrity. Damaged areas are replaced before proceeding.
Moisture Barrier Installation
A quality weather-resistant barrier is installed with proper overlaps, taped seams, and integration at every window, door, and penetration.
Siding Installation
Panels are installed from the bottom up with proper starter strips, level lines for each course, and correct nailing patterns for thermal expansion.
Trim, Soffit & Fascia

Cleanup & Final Walkthrough
