Replacement Windows, Siding & Doors in Bettendorf, Iowa

“We often learn that "parts are no longer available for that model", or that something cannot be repaired or repair costs are excessive. How nice to deal with a company that does what it says, when it says, and whose guarantee is good. We gladly recommend Suburban Construction, based on our 9 years experience with the people and their window products.”

“They did a really, really good job on our windows and doors, and the windows are so easy to clean. We feel comfortable doing business with Suburban because they're a hometown business, the people are really nice and their guarantee is second to none.”

“Suburban installed windows three years ago and siding and doors last summer and we're very satisfied with the work they did. They are very professional, prompt and dependable. We obviously are very happy with Suburban because if we weren't we wouldn't have called them back.”

“We've had our siding redone and new windows and doors installed. We're really happy with the results! We've used Suburban for years. Our children have also used Suburban, it's kind of a family tradition! We have recommended Suburban to many people and we will continue to do so.”

“Suburban Construction recently replaced the windows on our home. The windows are tight, draft-free and so easy to clean. They added to the overall quality and appearance of our house! I would recommend Suburban Construction to anyone needing new windows.”

“We compared Suburban's high efficiency windows with others of comparable quality and found they were competitively priced. It is nice to work with people who provide quality products and take pride in their work, and we would recommend Suburban Construction to others.”

“Suburban installed our new windows. This is the 4th job they've done for us. We like the excellent work they do — that's why we keep coming back to them. We don't even bother looking anywhere else now. Suburban will be installing our new siding next year!”
