From humble beginnings in Bettendorf to becoming one of the Quad Cities’ most recognized remodeling companies, Suburban Construction proudly celebrates four decades of craftsmanship, customer service, and community trust.

Suburban Construction is proud to celebrate 40 years of dedicated service to the Quad Cities USA. Since opening its doors in 1985, the company has remained committed to helping homeowners improve, protect, and take pride in their homes through quality craftsmanship and dependable service.

Founded by Brian and Linda Girskis, Suburban Construction began with humble roots on Grant Street in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Over the decades, that small family business steadily grew into a trusted household name throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois, eventually expanding into a modern facility in Davenport, Iowa designed to better serve homeowners, contractors, and builders across the region.
