Suburban Sponsors 2023 Illowa Sporting Clays

Suburban Construction was proud to sponsor the 2023 Illowa Sporting Clays Event held on August 18, 2023, helping support local Scouting programs and youth leadership opportunities throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois.

The annual fundraiser brought together community leaders, local businesses, Scouting supporters, outdoor enthusiasts, and volunteers for a day focused on fellowship, outdoor recreation, and raising critical funding for the Scouts.

JR Girskis of Suburban Construction shared how meaningful it is to support programs that teach responsibility and safety to young people.

“I’ve always loved teaching youth about firearm safety, responsibility, and respect,” Girskis said. “Events like this help raise money so Scouts can continue learning valuable life skills, leadership, and outdoor education that positively impacts them for years to come.”
